It's easy to register!
If you have a child or teenager with diagnosed special needs, and think they would benefit from programs offered
by our agency, simply print off a Natural Family Application, fill it out, and either send
it to us in the mail or arrange for a time to drop it off in person.
If you do not have access to a printer, please contact the office and we'll be happy to send a copy of the
application to you. You can also request one on-line here.
Once we've received your application, a Family Coordinator will be in touch to set up a time to meet with
you and your child.
Please note that if your child has a diagnosis of ASD, we need to receive a referral from your Resource Coordinator at
Contact Hamilton before the registration process can begin for your family.
